My physician is doing the injections of Vancomycin and Ceftazimide with retrobulbar injection for a patient with endophthalmitis at an Ambulatory Surgery Center (as we do not have the medications here in our offices). What CPT code is he allowed the bill for the procedure? Just a 67028? Thanks
