Doc is removing the endoprosthesis and converting to a total hip. Would I use 27132?

Is the endoprosthesis from a hemiarthroplasty? If so 27132 is the code.

That was was for a hemi and I have another one today where the patient broke the femoral neck, fracture was sent with internal fixation, and now doc is revising to a total.

Would this be the same instance or a different code because of the traumatic fracture?

27132 for the hemi to total and 27130 for the fracture to total.
