Hello, I was hoping someone could help me with the repair of craniosynostosis that is endoscopic assisted. I have read in a couple places that you can bill the open craniosynostosis codes 61550-61559 for the minimally invasive endoscopic approach. However, I can not find definitive documentation that backs that up. If I were to use an unlisted code I think that I would have to use 21499. Does anyone have any advice?
