Does anyone know the most appropriate code for endoscopic nerve decompression of the second interspace of the foot? CPT 64704-Neuroplasty nerve of hand or foot is an open procedure so it doesn't seem appropriate. The only other option I see is CPT 29999 - Unlisted, arthroscopy.

Thanks for any suggestions!
