Is there a cpt code for an endoscopic harvest of the radial artery.. I am aware of the 35600 for the open harvest but that cant be used for the endoscopic harvest... correct???? Thanks in advance
 
yes. 33508; Endoscopy, surgical, including video-assisted harvest of vein(s) for coronary artery bypass procedure (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure). here you go.
 
as far as I know there isn't a code for endoscopic radial artery harvest for bypass graft.....unlisted code with a price comparable to 33508 for the vein harvest?
