Would it ever be appropriate to report 61597, 62164, 62140 and 62148 for endoscopic resection of a pineal lesion? There are no bundling issues, however, I feel that that seems like a bit much for the procedure. I realize that this is difficult to answer without the op report; however, in general I am wondering if it seems out of the ordinary to report this many codes for this type of service. Also, since I am new to neurology coding I am wondering if anyone is aware of any good neurology resources out there? Thank you!
