I have a claim that has been billed to medicaid cpt 49320- 58660 - 58661 - they paid on the 58661 and are denying 58660 stating billing submission error and the 49320 in included in the 58661. Any suggestions?

My suggetion is to check the CCI edits. If you had checked before submitting, you would have seen that you cannot bill either 49320 or 58660 with 58661.
