We do ENG testing in the office. Our audiologist performs test, MD reviews and prescribes. We have been using '92540','92540-26','92540-TC','92543'(4 units),'92543-26',and '92543-TC' along with the other allowable components of the test. If the modified codes are bundled together, the charges will be greater than the allowable amounts. Can you help me with the correct way to bill our ENG's?
