I am currently reviewing the Online Course for ICD 10 and there is a Module example that I don't understand and I hope someone can clarify for me . The Example is " Patient presents with fatigue , weight loss and being unable to eat large meals.He also complaints of discomfort in the upper left side of the abdomen . The provider performs an exam and orders an ultrasound . The diagnosis is enlarged spleen ". I came up with the answer of R16.1 and the correct answer was D73.2
