Is it necessary for the physician to make mention of ears, nose, mouth and throat in order to get 1 credit under the organ system for physical exam? Or, is mention of any 1 of the 4 sufficient?
 
I give credit if something from ENMT is mentioned. Now if looking to see if the exam qualifies for detailed versus expanded problem focused, they would have to mention something in each area in order to count it for 4 in 4.
