Hello all....
Doc did 42820 but at end of op note states

"The posterior check of the inferior turbinate on the right completely obstructed the posterior choana. The suction Bovie cautery was used at 40 watts along the CO2 Laser to shrink and reduce some of the posterior tip of the turbinate."

I was looking at billing 30801 w/ dx 478.0 and no bundling issues w/ T&A and did query doc.
Doc is calling this incendental and not to bill?

Thanks!

The turbinate procedure can be billed separately. I would advise your phy. and explain that coding wise it is a separate procedure and therefore payable separately.
