Wiki ENT Coding question

Good morning all, I am moving from ER coding to ENT coding and having a bit of a struggle. If a patient has a retained occluded pressure equalization tube removed with the area being patched and a new tympanostomy tube replaced
in the SAME ear, can I bill 69610 for the removal and patch repair and then bill 69436 modifier -59 for new tympanostomy tube? I am finding a bundling edit that 69436 is including in 69610, so is this the only code that should be billed?
Thank you in advance for your help.
