Can someone please help me find a code for entrapped chest tube? The Dr had to take patient to OR to remove. Entrapped chest tube is the dx on op note however he did state that it was not surgically closed but it was stuck therefore he had to do a thoracotomy cut to remove. Is there maybe even a better code to use such has complication???? Please help!!!!
