Is anyone billing 93653 with the 93621, 93622, 93623 and receiving payment? We are getting denials and I am just wondering if I'm billing this out incorrectly or not. Thank so much!

Are your denials for lacks primary procedure...we too, are receiving denial from commercial insurance for this reason...these codes are supposed to be billed with 93620, which is included in the 93653...medicare is paying...not sure what we are going to do about this, so I need clarification too.
