Doctor did an EP study - arrhythmia induction utilizing the patients pacemaker.
"SVT easily induced with PES in the RA - same rate and morphology as WCT - with both leads recording live EGMs. We then performed pacing maneuvers and adenosine testing to confirm a focal atrial tachycardia conducting with a long A-V time and aberrant conduction due to native bundle branch block".
I was thinking CPT 93618 and CPT 93623.
Any ideas?
