Can anyone help me with this scenerio? A patient comes in with a foreign body and abrasion. The abrasion is removed and a bandage cl applied. He comes back the next day for followup. The bandage cl was removed. Spud was used to remove rust ring. Another bandage cl was applied. The third visit, bandage cl was removed and rust ring was once again removed. How many times can we bill an EM visit and how many times can we bill for CL bandage (92071)?
