Hi guys!

Maybe someone of you can help me.
Podiatrist performed EPAT, which is extracorporeal pulse activation treatment. Documentation says only: Epat 1.6-2.0 3000 pulses 15 Hz. Which code should be assigned to bill this procedure?
For now, I found only one close code 28890, but this code is Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy, including but not limited to the use of EPAT; others codes: 0019T, 0020T considered investigational and no medically necessary. Can we bill this procedure?
