Our practice will be going live with EPIC/Baptist Connect February 2025. We are a Internal Medicine and Pediatric Primary Care Clinic, 7 physicians & 9 mid-levels. I would appreciate any recommendations regarding must-have features, Dos & Donts, things we should make sure we have "turned on", etc...Thanks!
 
Every instance of Epic is different. My advice is to try to get the most comprehensive access to Epic that you can....generally Epic locks down access based on role, but if you can become a super user, do so.
