Does anybody have any suggestions on how to go about learning the billing and coding side of Epic. Our practice just made a switch and I am having a hard time finding tutorials or even help on answering my question. Thank you.
 
This may sound dumb, but what’s a superuser? Our medical practice has someone who has been training us on how to navigate Epic but I have done most of my learning just pushing icons and buttons so far.
