Our appeals/denials EPIC workques were recently updated as now there are several WQs. My question, how do you get "credit" when performing follow-up in the ques? Everyone keeps saying use "197" and I have no idea what they are talking about. I know this "credit" system is used to audit productivity. Although I'm a CPC-A, no coding edits are reviewed ; those are forwarded to the Coding Review WQ.
