Does anyone know when do does the provider get credit for WRVU's in EPIC? Is it when a claim is sent to the insurance company or when they sign off on their note?

Epic Galaxy has some information regarding the RVU's. I searched wRVU's and found the following. Hope this helps.

Reporting on RVUs When a charge files, the system looks up the RVU information from the procedure record or fee schedule and stamps that information on the charge, so it’s available for operational reporting in Hyperspace and longer-term analytical reporting from your Clarity database. Resolute Professional Billing has several standard reports that show RVU information:  The Charges with Flexible Grouping (by Post Date) report can be grouped by provider, so you can see RVU information for individual providers based on charges posted in a specified period.  The Clinical Activity report provides a longer view, showing monthly, average, and year-to-date RVU information for individual providers.  The PB Provider Dashboard includes RVU information for a single provider, so providers can monitor their own productivity. Your organization can also create custom RVU reports to meet your unique needs.
