For cephalic versions, should epidurals be done when performing these? Some patients have it done and then go home and then come back for a delivery. They may end up getting anther epidural for the delivery. Is this something that is ever covered by the insurances? Are we able to bill two epidurals for a patient?

I haven't looked it up and I'm new to coding, but you're describing the use of epidural anesthesia for 2 separate procedures so my guess is yes, it can be billed twice. However, if the epidural catheter was left in place when the patient went home and she came back in the next day for the delivery, that could be seen as double billing.
