Wiki Epiglottic abscess I&D

We have a surgeon who did a I&D on the epiglottis and I can not find a CPT code that explains that. I found the Epiglottidectomy 31420 but nothing about I&D? Anyone know what code would be used?

Re-read the operative report or query the MD for more specific location. Consider 42700-42725 codes or unlisted codes of 31599 or 42999.
