What Icd 10cm code have to bill for this patient...?

That is correct, the proper code is seizure. You only use epilepsy when they actually call it epilepsy or when they especifically say "seizure disorder."

If not, then R56.9 is your code.

If the patient is not having a seizure at the time of the visit and without a diagnosis of epilepsy, I use G45.89 for other seizure
