Wiki ER E & M or Critical care code

Is there a ER coder who would help me on a ER report that has stumped me. It has all the elements for critical care, but it has it for E & M too. I want to make sure I'm seeing if patient is receiving TPA in ER is that counted critical time also? Please private msg me.
