Pt. 7 y/o is in hospital 01/01/2014 discharge on 01/02/2014. Admitted to hospital for subclinical focal seizures, pt given Valproic Acid which created a rash and was discontinued before d/c.

01/03/14 follow up in outpatient clinic post hospital

What do or would you code for this outpatient encounter?

If the patient has no current symptomatic issues then is a V67.- for follow up
