No Doppler flow signal is detected in the right ovary. Normal Doppler flow signal is seen in the left ovary . There are multiple bilateral ovarian follicles. The right ovary measures 2.1 cm x 2.1 cm x 2.3 cm. The left ovary is sonographically unremarkable. The left ovary measures 3.2 cm x 2.8 cm x 2.2 cm. There is no evidence for an adnexal mass lesion.
