Please help.
Patient seen in ER (9920X or 9200X) for ocular chemical splash and then taken to the OR for ocular lavage because of age/inability to cooperate. Following the wash, the doc performed an EUA (92018). I have checked the NCCI and there is no bundle associated with the ER exam and 92018, but 92018 could not be reported along with an Eye Code. Should I just simply code the exam done in the ER?

(It is my feeling that the patient was taken to the OR b/c of non-cooperation and not because an EUA was necessary. If the patient had been of age to cooperate, I don't think the OR would have been used. There were no additional findings made during the EUA.)
