Does anyone know if there is a modifier needed if a patient was seen in the ER, parent took baby in middle of the night, after being seen there and leaving at 2pm they advised mom to bring baby in to our office (her PCP) for an office visit...the patient was not seen by any of our practitioners in the ER.
