Just a general question on how you would code this?

In the duodenum, the ampulla was located in the 12:00 o'clock position. I was able to cannulate and passed a wire up into the right intrahepatic. Contrast was injected. There was a single stone in the distal CBD, normal caliber bile duct. I then did a standard 1.0 cm sphincterotomy and a sphincteroplasty with a biliary balloon dilation. Once that was completed, we went up into the bile ducts at the bifurcation, proceeded to sweep several times with a 9 to 12mm sweeping balloon. One 7mm cholesterol stone was removed. Occlusive cholangiogram was normal.

Thanks!
