I have an op report w/two stent placements, debris removal, w/contrast and injection that was interpreted and reviewed, but he also did a Ampullary resection w/a hot snare removal. A lift was performed, and a clip was placed. I can't find a code for this unless it's an unlisted procedure...if so, what CPT would you compare it to. Thanks

The documentation is kind of weak to support a EMR 43254, but I think that’s what they did. Otherwise you’d have to change 43254 to these codes.
