Wiki ERCP w/ dilation help

One of my physicians did an ERCP with a pneumatic dilation. Can anyone help with with how to code this? Typically they do balloon dilations, but he clearly states that he used a pneumatic dilator. Any suggestions????

It is the same thing. Pneumo means air, that is what balloon does. Code 43271. HTH.
