Hi Everyone,

There's been much debate on what is the correct CPT code to use for Erector Spinae block (ESP). Our providers are stating it should be coded with 64450 but we have found mix article that say use the unlisted code 64999 and there are other articles that say use 64450. Some of these are articles are older. What are you using? Any thoughts will help with this debate.

Thank You in advance for your response.

Hi there, CPT Assistant has published two articles that state the unlisted code should be used for the block.
