The provider performed an epidural steroid injection at the level of T12-L1; the provider states this should be 62323. However, I'm being told that it should be 62321..
 
62320 (without imaging guidance & 62321 (w/ imaging guidance) involve the cervical or thoracic spine

62322 (without imaging guidance & 62323 (w/ imaging guidance) involve the lumbar or sacral spine

Being that T12-L1 is the thoracolumbar, 62320 or 62321 are you codes to choose from.
