Hi all :
Should I give 43219 or just 74220 for the following report?
Endoscopic placement of an esophageal stent was performed under
fluoroscopic guidance. Four images are submitted demonstrating
the presence of an endoscope with the tip immediately above the
diaphragm and a guidewire coiled within the stomach. The next
image demonstrates the stent deploying instrument with the tip
below the diaphragm. The next two images demonstrate a stent
extending from the aortic arch to the diaphragm.
. The fluoroscopy time was 3.4 minutes. Endoscopic images were
obtained demonstrating a stent in place.
