Hello,

I am recently fighting a denial with Medicare that states a payment has already been made to a similar service. What is happening is in the month of December we shared a dialysis patient with another facility. They had them the beginning of the month and we started seeing them on the 14th. The other facility billed CPT 90999 and our outpatient dialysis Facility billed cpt 90960. Has anyone had a problem like this and how did you fight the denial? Thanks
