Hello,
If a nephrologist sees a patient in the office who is on dialysis for nondialysis reason, can we bill that office visit with modifier 25 in addition to monthly MCP
example
12/01/2022- 90960- N18.6/ Z99.2
12/20/2022- 99213- 25 - R05.9
