Good Morning:

We have started doing Essures in the office and my doc has decided to charge for Toradol 60 IM, Lidocaine 1% and Zanax 0.5 p.o. Can we charge for these drugs? And how do we charge for the Zanax? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
