One of our doctors attempted to do an Essure sterilization procedure but was unable to place the coils so the procedure was not completed-what is the correct way to bill this ?
Do I bill 58565 with modifier 53 & dx of V25.2 ? thanks,rebecca

Yes, you could still code 58565 with 53 modifier but remember to reduce to amount billed according to your payer.
