Establishing fees for cosmetic procedures

What resources do you use to find fees for cosmetic procedures (where RVU's and fees aren't established in Medicare fee schedule)?

My plastic docs are moving into this area, and I need some ideas on how to establish a baseline for these....thanks.:confused:

I googled plastic surgery fees, and came up with this site. I bet you could find many plastic surgeon's web pages that include fees, just for marketing purposes so consumers can compare--particularly for cosmetic surgery. These are physician fees only, and don't include OR, meds, anesthesia. I believe this surgeon was in Virginia.

You could also contact your Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Association. They may have suggested fee schedules for cosmetic surgeries.

Or maybe someone has Heidi Montag's email? (sorry, couldn't help myself).
