Hello,

I have a provider who did EUS guided SWE (shear wave elastrography). It was done on both lobes of the liver and the spleen. Can I get some coding direction please.

The CPT codes 91200 and 76981 are used for reporting liver elastography.

Based on this I’d code 91200, if you have images on file stating B-mode. I’d use 76981.
