Evacuation of hematoma post partum

Hi,

I'm needing some help coding, so doctor did vaginal delivery and evacuation of hematoma with ligation of arterial bleeder and placement of Jackson Pratt drain, I don't know where to start looking for the second surgery, this was on the same day as delivery.

I would need much more information to help with this. How long after delivery did the second surgery take place? I assume it was a return to the OR if she had already been transferred from the delivery room. And how was the evacuation accomplished? A description of the actual procedure would be helpful
