Looking for detailed info on event detection monitoring (93268, 93270, 93271, 93272).
I have LCDs and the basics, but I'm looking for the nuances of documentation, coding and billing these services.
Especially looking for anyone who works with providers/vendors who pay a monitoring service, but bill for everything themselves (like some providers do with mobile US/studies/xrays, etc.) Links or PMs are welcome, especially anything concerning any audits that have been done, and thank you in advance!
