Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with billing for the interpretation and report of an Event holter monitor. The patient is wearing the monitor for 20-30 days.

I believe it should be 93272 for the review & interpretation. But is this code billed in units. As patients will wear this monitor for 20-30 days or is it just a flat fee?
