Where would you count "normocephalic" be counted as an exam bullet?

1995 vs 1997

This counts for nothing in the 1997 exam.

It can count as body area for the 1995 exam.
OR, it can count as musculoskeletal for the 1995 exam .... I work for craniofacial plastic surgeons with an exclusively pediatric practice. When they state "normocephalic" they mean that the patient's SKULL is without obvious malformations (congenital or acquired) ... i.e. the are examining the musculoskeletal structure. Of course, the practice would have that in WRITING in your protocol / compliance plan for your particular practice.

Hope that helps.
