Do anyone know of any classes or books that relate only to the study of the exam of a note? I have the AAPC study guide and bought the online class. I am very comfortable with the rest of the topics, but I'd really like to learn more about a few questions I still have on the exam.

I can't find anything that just relates to the exam.
