Excessive skin removal toe

Need someone's opinion on this one? Should I just use 11422? Attention was then directed to the right first digit where an area of excessive and redundant tissue was noted along the lateral IPJ of the hallux. Two semi-elliptical incisions were made approximately 1.5 cm long and a wedge of subcutaneous tissue and redundant tissue was removed. The area was then irrigated and closed with simple sutures with a 4-0 Prolene.
