Does anyone know the code for excision of pericapusular mass obtaing refractile elements and implant eechange capsulotomy . is it 19120, 19330 and 19325 ?
 
I would do 19330 + 19325.

19120 if included on the 19330 per the CCI. You can override it with a 59 modifier if the removal of the mass was extensive or complicated.
