Excision anorectal tubular adenoma

Pt had excision of an adenoma from the anorectal canal. OP report states
The anus was dilated with anoscope. Lesion was excised with a wide margin down to superficial mucosa in the subcu submucosal tissue sparing the sphincter. Would you agree with 45170 procedure code. Appreciate any advice. Thank you.
