Looking for some guidance regarding the below

Procedure: The anterior lesions were removed with elliptical incision with the scalpel. These were a conglomerate lesion of the left areola, which is about 1.2 cm in size, three right chest skin lesions about 1 cm in size, also an anteriorly there was a right calf lesion of 3.5 cm which was removed subcutaneously, and a left calf lesions similarly removed 2 cm subcutaneously. The lipoma of the posterior left calf 4.2 cm and then left lipoma of the buttocks' was 5.5 cm., all excised with simple incisions in an elliptical fashion with a scalpel and carried down subcutaneously.

Path Report: Received in formalin labeled with patient name and the site as R Chests, are five fragment of tan skin measuring from 0.7 x 0.4 x 0.8 cm to 1.3 x 0.9 x 1.2 cm
RI Calf are two fragments of tan, rubbery tissue measuring 2.0 x 0.7 x 0.6 cm and 3.1 x 10.1 x 0.7 cm
